Epta completes the acquisition of Hauser

Epta has completed the closing of the acquisition of Hauser GmbH (“Hauser”) with the approval by the Antitrust Authorities, effective from March 1st, 2026. With this transaction, Epta surpasses the threshold of €2 billion in pro-forma annual consolidated revenues, expands its industrial and commercial footprint and gets together a global team of approximately 10,000 employees.

This milestone represents a strategic acceleration in Epta positioning as the preferred integrated solution provider that offers customized refrigeration solutions, using the latest sustainable technology for a better future. The transaction further strengthens Epta’s critical mass, resilience, and long-term ability to continuously invest in conscious innovation.
